Why do I not see a settlement on my debit transaction?

If you ran a debit transaction only and have auto close then an auto close will not go through because it has not detected a credit sale.  However, if you run a credit the next day or the following, then the auto close will occur and all the debit transactions and credit transactions will go through.  

If you wish to close that debit then a force must occur. You can call the 24/7 help desk at (800)228-0210 > option >1. If you wish to speak to someone in the states then do not enter your Merchant ID.
