Aloha System Pre Authorization

If you Aloha system is charging your clients more than what it should be it could be that your system has Pre-authorization default.

To remove this from your system:

  1. Log on to your Aloha backend
  2. Uncheck the Pre-Authorization boxes
  3. Then run a test transaction. Make sure that your receipt has the same amount as your backend.
