Having issues with setting up terminal?

Having Issues with setting up your terminal please check for the following:

  1. Make sure line is not being shared 
  2. Consider the type of phone line; rollover, digital, etc. 
  3. If you have a splitter, remove it and connect it directly. 
  4. If you have a fax machine try to plug the terminal from that line 
  5. Double check that everything is plug in correctly.
  6. Try different Jack.

If you have tried all of this then please contact tech support at (800)228-0210 24/7 and make sure that it is not the same phone line as the terminal. Please provide your Merchant ID and validate your business information.
