Having Issues with setting up your terminal please check for the following:
- Make sure line is not being shared
- Consider the type of phone line; rollover, digital, etc.
- If you have a splitter, remove it and connect it directly.
- If you have a fax machine try to plug the terminal from that line
- Double check that everything is plug in correctly.
- Try different Jack.
If you have tried all of this then please contact tech support at (800)228-0210 24/7 and make sure that it is not the same phone line as the terminal. Please provide your Merchant ID and validate your business information.
