How to do partial download on FD Series Terminal?

To perform PARTIAL DOWNLOAD on your FD Series Terminal, please make sure that you have BATCHED (Settled), also make sure that you either have your phone line or IP connected.

From you main screen:

DATE		TIME
4Gift	5Check	6System

• Press or Touch ¹Credit
• Press or Touch ⁶More  Three (3) times
• Press or Touch ³Setup Parms
• Press or Touch ¹Load Parms
• Select Download Type (see below)

4Dial

6IP

If IP

• DOWNLOAD ID (should already be there) press ENTER
• ENTER APP NAME (you should see FDR1001) press ENTER
• ENTER IP ADDRESS should be VCPROD.FIRSTDATA.COM, press ENTER
• ENTER PORT NUMBER: 443, press ENTER 
• Download should start. Once completed it will go back to the following screen

  4<Back	5Key    Update	6Clear      DID

Press the RED KEY to return to MAIN MENU and try to run a $0.01 transaction.

If DIAL

• DOWNLOAD ID (should already be there) press ENTER
• ENTER APP NAME (you should see FDR1001) press ENTER
• ENTER PHONE #: [phone], press ENTER
• Download should start. Once completed it will go back to the following screen
