How do I update my settlement time on my PAYware account?

If you would like to change the settlement time to your PAYware account please have your Merchant code, login username, and password in hand. 

  1. Log on to your merchant store portal .  The website to your portal is
  2. From your store portal: enter your Login Credentials (Merchant code, username and password.)
  3.  Point to the word Settlement. A menu will appear. Click Settlement Setup. The Settlement Setup window will appear.  
  4. The Settlement Setup window allows you to configure the settings for automatic batch settlement. To enable automatic settlement, put a check in the box next to the words Enable Auto Settle.
  5. Using the drop-down boxes next to the words Settlement Time, specify the time of day that you want automatic settlement to occur. Time can be specified in 10-minute increments. Next, select either am or pm
