As you know, BridgePay has been in the process of installing a state of the art NexGen storage device increasing the processing speed and power of the gateway, as well as the adding the highest degree of reliability of any gateway services provider. We have been in the process of testing the hardware over the past several weeks and our IT team will place the NexGen into production this Monday, June 17th beginning at 5:00 am EDT. At approximately 5:15 am EDT, the gateway will not process any transactions or settlements for a period of approximately 15 minutes. Once the gateway is placed back into production, transactions will be able to process normally. All merchant auto settlements scheduled to run during this maintenance window will be placed into a hold status and run once the upgrade is complete. All merchant initiated batches will need to be completed either before or after the upgrade is complete.
