We know that many of our merchants do not have an IT person, therefore we have teamed up with 403 Labs to assist.
403 Labs is a new company that will running the scans for our merchants. Their support desk will be there to assist with any questions regarding your scan. Rather than results being sent to you in emails coming from us manually, it will be sent to you automatically as soon as your scan is complete. This is true for both failed and passed scans. You will have a "user" account that will allow you to log in and retrieve your results at any time. You will also be able to view past scans, in addition to the most recent scan. As part of the user account set up process, a notification will be sent to you in the next few days (Already received). As individual user accounts are set up for you, you will receive an email with a link to click in order to verify your information to complete the process of setting up your user account. Once you activate your user account, you will receive emails automatically whenever a scan begins, as well as when the scan completes.
